Lots of career opportunities as company releases lots of IJP. Although this is due to heavy attrition rate.

Dislikes

Extremely poor job security. AC is turned off even in the mid of summer (due to heavy cost cutting), Poor work culture. No ethics. Poor higher management. poor work life balance. no leave (even no earn leave). Also, the HR of company forces employees to write good feedback in social media or company review sites. If you don't write good feedback you may face several HR related problems. So, don't believe on good feedbacks.
