...e proceed with the exit process on 31st Jan which cause delay in release letter. Also delay in salary.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
Everything is good but kochar heart is not bold for employees

There is problem with less salary and Some senior are polite other wise Staff is trying to oversmart because team leader think that they are CEO of company.
...ENT- SHOUTING AND SCREEMING ABSUNING ON THE FLOOR ALWAYS IS EXPECTED OUT OF YOU.
DOMESTIC PROCESS - NO SALARY ON TIME - NO APPRAISALS - NO WORK SATISFACTION
HORRAIABLE COMPANY CULTURE - NO JOB SECURITY
Leave facility is very bad,no any facilities here,this company doesn't provide experience letter.Every one resign after 1 or 2 months.No one employee want to stay for 3 months also.
