I've been working with this company from last 1 year and 10 months yes I've developed my knowledge, the environment is also good like if you want to start from basics this company is ok for you and you'll started learning about customer satisfaction... how to handle the queries and concerns of them... I've learnt a lot that customer experience really matters everywhere whether its about dealing with foods, products or any other things.

Dislikes

... like them if you talk abt Managers or Supervisors yes few of them are helpful.. People's who are working here getting salary threats that they'll mail to HR to hold their salaries for a week around they need FREE OF COST support and don't pay... We are paying our electricity bills internet charges and not getting paid we are only getting our salary which isn't satisfying in this situation... And they've marked few holidays as per calendar also on company's page its written that's its a holiday but you'll get to know that 25th December, 1st January they'll not leave you at all if you'll not work then your salary will be hold thats whats all about this Company...

...ENT- SHOUTING AND SCREEMING ABSUNING ON THE FLOOR ALWAYS IS EXPECTED OUT OF YOU. DOMESTIC PROCESS - NO SALARY ON TIME - NO APPRAISALS - NO WORK SATISFACTION HORRAIABLE COMPANY CULTURE - NO JOB SECURITY

...e proceed with the exit process on 31st Jan which cause delay in release letter. Also delay in salary.

Leave facility is very bad,no any facilities here,this company doesn't provide experience letter.Every one resign after 1 or 2 months.No one employee want to stay for 3 months also. This is reality if you join

Kocher gives the salary to their employe on time .. on the end of month people got their salary

Operations management is not good ... tl's are very unprofessional.. and their is a guy subham ghosh who is the tl of kochar from Kolkata brunch he is to horrorable .. he uses threting languages to employees..
