How much ever they pay they take your soul accordingly. The politics is heavy. The CEO Subbu himself will get people out of trouble if he likes them.

Likes

Good infrastructure and amenities. The salary was decent.

Dislikes

I worked in the marketing team of KnowledgeHut for almost 8 months as a Senior Copywriter and finally resigned after being fed up dealing with absolutely visionless leaders. Apart from that too much micromanagement from the content head was intolerable. If you are a copywriter who likes creative freedom, KnowledgeHut is never the place for you. Here you will be forced to work as per the immature feedback you receive from the leaders who don't know the basics of advertising and branding.

I like the company work culture predominantly. Overall Woking with UST is good.

Dislikes

Promotion/Appraisal is not happening in a transparent manner. Let me through the classic example of my case though I have completed 2 years and 4 months until now no concrete discussion happened about my achievements and looking for career aspirations like what else is expected out of me other than the delivery towards organizational growth. Also, Salary/Benefits is not up to the industry expectations with which we are losing the potential talent. But paying decent hikes to the lateral hiring which is jeopardizing the culture and losing the right talent. This is one of the potential are where UST need improvised like both salary/Benefits I mean clear guidelines on role changes as well appraisal processes as I described in detail.

Apart from the good pay, nothing in the compant is likeable.

The new business head for sales mr riddhi mukherjee. He is not taking his actions into consideration due to which the company is losing on worthy employees

Friendly Collages, Friendly Managers, No Work Pressure, 5 days working, Good Work environment, Office Location, Free tea/coffee ( should try only when there is no other option)

Dislikes

...a Ed-tech company, No upskilling programs, No training for internal employees. No health insurance for family, We have to pay extra for family. No job Security. No career Growth. No appraisal, If asked will be fired within 2-3 months for poor performance. No fun activities or culture activities. Worst HR and HR Policies. Company M.D don't carry about anyone expect him, M.D Don't care about employees, he want employees to work more with less pay. and him getting rich, M.D is very rude, He thinks only he has family others don't have and only his family should be happy not others, M.D don't know proper English to speak, 80% of employees are from A.P, Because M.D is from A.P As majority of them are from A.P all are settled, with not much knowledge. M.D says work more and get more revenue, I have to buy new car my son, My son likes that car. If asked to continue WFH as corona was increasing, He said No, give resignation and go to home. Only A.P people are working from home. I mean the people who are close with M.D All the senior management left company because of his behavior. And all the employees are leaving the company because of less salary and no career growth. No value for hard works, only for value for the people who are close to M.D
