1. Work culture is pathetic. 2. managers are not supportive, 3. Toxic work culture 4. No HR policy, HR is working under sales manager rules n regulations. 5. Wrong hiring like Neha ( sales Deputy Director) She only abuse employee. She doesn’t have control on her words. Bhagyashree HR - She doesn’t know any policy of HR she will follow the sales managers rules 6. No weekoff

No work life balance. Pathetic management. Even on govt holidays they make us work. No motivation and recognition. High politics. No matter what you have given to the org when the day ends on zero they'll make sure you're ain't sleeping peacefully. Late night calls till 1 am.

...-8 shift. You will be forced to work from 10 am to 10 pm and without a week off. Also, there is no payment paid when your forced to work on week off. But if you deny to work, they will cut your pay. If you question about why the week off policy was lied at the time of joining they will say u should be thankful for us that we gave u job when people are begging for jobs outside nd behave as if they are doing charity on us. Also start micro managing about you and play politics to remove you from company. Not an ethical company nor the CEO takes responsibility of his employees but only cares about income he gets. I was forced to leave company because of mental harassment and humiliation they gave because lf questioning. Not a right choice to work.

Vedantu is a fast moving company and on a exponential growth trajectory. Company is supporting it's employees in this lockdown moreover salary, incentive and appraisal didn't take any hit. Company is hiring new employees as well on a rampant pace.

Dislikes

Like most of the sales organization this place is for the fittest. Where you need to perform each and every month, no place for below average performers. Due to work nature the working hours are more than 12 hours approximately. Sometimes unethical firing is done by the management.
