One of the pathetic companies to work at. I left the company in 2 months and the only responsible person is the COO. He doesn't know how to respect female employees and has no value of others' time. If anybody is ever planning to join the company, make sure you are not reporting to him directly. He doesn't know how to talk to a new joinee, has no idea on what's happening and only bombards with huge targets. They do not have a proper system at place and pressure employees to achieve targets. Advice: To the COO - Be kind and respectful towards your employees so that they don't have to leave the organisation in short span of time. And show some respect towards the female employees, that's the least a gentleman in a reputed company can do....Read More

When it was Knowledgehut, It was good from all the perspective. But after upGrad acquired it, never like before anymore!

Dislikes

Blunt HR management. They listen to Managers only. Too much favoritism to old employees. Partiality in providing leads by the management. If you raise your voice about the discrimination, you will end up with loosing your job.

I recently enrolled in the CSM training with Knowledgehut and I had a fantastic experience. Very good and clear explanations by the trainer. Concepts were easy to understand through proper examples. The service team was approachable and easy to communicate with whenever necessary. Overall, great quality of service. Highly recommended!
