...rs and parties so that I and my other colleagues get to spend time and have fun. kp is on time with salary and provides us food and maids at our building as catering services. when you talk about the teaching part, the students and vibrant and very funny indeed and it's really fun to teach international students, especially the ones from kp. we get 15 min breaks after each class and at this time students come and ask us doubts and tell us about their concerns. The teaching part is the only thing I love about kp, the facilities or accommodation and transport, and management isn't it.

one of the things about kp is that we all are accommodated in one building and there are often fights and problems at the place I stay cause some colleagues don't get along with each other very well. another thing is transportation. we are in Sharjah and we have to go to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Ajman and other places where the allocated branches are, that too we are also asked to pay the transport fees on our behalf. management is pathetic, they try to be sympathetic and will do anything for the money. it's also hard to fit in if you are new, these people try to disassociate from you and the teachers are 50+.

I am an ex-employee of the company, and I was on annual leave when I ran into a problem. I needed money to pay off a loan I took last year, and I had to keep my passport for security reasons. I had requested a salary of September 2021 (unpaid) in order to repay a loan and obtain my passport in order to return to Dubai. It is extremely disappointing that HR has refused to pay me my own salary. There is no denying that the company pays the salary on time every month, but when I was in need of money, the company refused to pay my hard earned money, which is very disappointing, even though I had told the HR that I would take it as an advance salary and pay it back within 2 months, but she refused and there is no response to my emails, and once they apply for visa, they ask employees to sign on many papers that are related to salary deduction, and unacceptable terms. Because there are no other options, the employee must sign here. This is how they keep a month's salary on hand. I'm waiting to fly back once the loan is settled; I'll seek assistance from the Ministry and get this sorted. I feel very Proud as i joined the company on the day 1, company trusted me & gave me a chance to prove my abilities and skills which i am capable of doing multi tasking. I joined Knowledge Planet as a student relationship manager, I have given my 110% honesty & dedication to the company & the hard work really paid me and now i am the Asst Manager Operations in the time span of 1 year but sad part is no salary hike and bonus of even 1% almost 2years but deductions yes it will be there. I am also thankful to my company that secured my job and paid my 60% salary at the time of covid for 11 Months. Over all i can suggest this is a good company. My suggestion is if you join any company, * Read the full contract which is made between you and company in the document of MOHRE & you should get the document copy. Also check your basic salary based on that you will be getting the gratuity. * Read the complete offer letter and sign & if you are singing any other documents of fine's please be very careful it will be deducted in you F&F at any cost and also when you resign you have to pay 45days salary + Fines. *some company will not provide salary slips but you have to demand to get you salary slips. *some company will hold one month salary and it will be paid only at the time when your contract complete. *if any company provides you the mail id for any personal conversation between you and company related to salary, leaveplease also bcc
