Accommodation and Fooding also behave with non Telgu people not good as compared to telgu people.

1.Efforts are going unnoticed of the staff even the work done of another person. 2.Fake promises by department management to staff just for finish their work. 3.Giving direct threat regarding the appraisal to the staff.

Likes

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Dislikes

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.

Yes I like to work in KMV projects limited and enjoy while working . I think in future company will boom in construction field . I hope , it will list in stock market within 3 years. Finally it is good place with passion.

Not more dislikes but try to improve salary and mentioned holidays should implemented at each site level.
