Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometime I have worked 10-15 houre straight in a days I was worked 4.8 months in company but now covid issues company cut-off the employee s given selly resons.

...WFH, leaves, notice period, etc. You are geo tagged to the office for 8.5 hours. Incase you spend less hours your salary is cut. Major red flags from the management, as they hire you like an MNC professional but treat you like a blue collared worker.

Friendly working nature collogues and managers , good experience working here, on time credit salary and employee benefits are too good. The online training is useful for all employees for developing skills.
