The company's only positives are that it has a good vibe.

Dislikes

Everything else is negative. No real projects, no individual growth and skill development, second tier IT company boasting itself as a main IT company. Internal politics is the driving factor of this company, even own people wont hesitate to back stab. Management dosent give a shit about the ongoing politics. Many people retire within 1 year of joining.

As a beginner it was nice to work here. But to make growth in your career, it cannot be recommended.

Dislikes

Opaque policies which are contradictory to the so called guiding principles. Very poor work life balance.
