Waha ke gm ka baat karne ka tarika, waha pe salary nahi bdhate, jo achha kam karta hai uski salary nahi badhti aur new fresher ko jyada salary dete hai, jisko knowledge rhta uski kam salary, waha source k according log rkhte talent ki value he nahi hai.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow . There is a lot of politics.
