Job security is if we do good sales you may retain here long if you are so poor you may be terminated.. because sales is important here.. otherwise everything is good

...k hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years
