They just want revenue there won't be any lead flow if there is no lead flow they just blame their incharges that you guys have to convert the customers you guys are responsible for the targets as per the targets the lead won't be given from the management if there was an option to give zero ratings I would prefer to give it Manager support zero Business head support zero Lead flow team support zero Internal support zero Parts support zero Process are many which wastes time of both customer and service station Appraisal zero Work satisfaction zero No proper timings but punch in has to be happen before 9:30 either you work till 12 pm no ot will be provided are appreciated Management is utterly worst minus ratings can be given directly

Its a TVS Group company-There is a high presssure on Numbers but at the same time we focus on enablers for the team to reach the target.Its 6 day working and we operate both E commerce as well as the franchisee model for parts.Its how you look-Either half glass full or Half Glass Empty,Good people to work with -Politics will exist-Its about doing it or Understanding It-I personally follow the latter.
