Nothing much at this time. I've been very satisfied with my experience at Khoj Information Technology and have no specific complaints to share.

Good work exposure. Good leadership due to flat hierarchy. Compensation is good and competitive. Work Life Balance is okayish. Overall good.

Dislikes

Leaves should be increased as per industry standards. Very less client holidays. No Indian holidays allowed unlike other organizations.

It's been more that 7 years of wonderful journey of learning and experience. Colleagues and leads are very supportive. Khoj provides stability in career. Khoj will give you confidence to speak up and make independent decisions. You are allowed to put your own idea on the table. helpful in developing troubleshooting experience.

Dislikes

Vacations needs to be increase. Off hours and weekend work needs to be reduced.

It's been 1 years since I have been working with Khoj and it has proved to be a good experience for me. I have been able to develop myself both 'personally and professionally'. Khoj is a nice company to work with. Colleagues and Team lead are always ready to provide support. Khoj provides various training sessions to all employees. These have been of great help in the grooming and development of all staff members.

Dislikes

This is my first company works in US shift, some times need to work in extended hrs and weekends.

Likes

The company offers excellent learning opportunities, flexible working hours, visibility into ongoing projects, and very good yearly appraisals.

Dislikes

Every company has room for improvement. Besides the limited leave policy, I can't think of any other negatives.
