No vision. Caste based favours. Low salary, no timely appraisal, people who have been over 10 years enjoys all the benefits, only if you are able to cope up with them, you can survive. No majore project, just used as body shop

I don't like working in kgisl and I was waiting for my contract to end and finally my contract ended.... and I'm surviving notice periods ...

There’s no proper way to communicate with employees. They are expecting people who can fly with low package. Package not satisfied always. Work culture also not good. Work timings…

...ate 2. F&F is not given on time and there is no structure on Exit clearance 3. In case, the person has not applied daily attendance then loss of pay would be initiated and it would never be deducted from the employee's eligible leaves though the employee has Privilege or Earn leaves 4. No appraisal meeting with TL / Project Manager / HR 5. No skip level meeting 5. Human resource department is worst in employee welfare
