...ained data is naver use to solve problems. The worth managment i have ever seen. the employees at ground level worls for hours daily still gets salary for just RS 12400 in-hand. The salary appraisal in not given.

...ained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand. Moreover PF contribution of employer is also deducted from the salary of employees. The salary appraisal is just 6% that to of you are going great in work.

Zero value to employee No bonus No incentive No leave encashment No perks, trips and gifts Management not issuing emp shares after IPO this is brutality of employees hardwork and sacrifice since years. Zero morals values Unethical management Management is filling thier pockets no benefits to employees, Most important point HR don't consider employee for annual appraisal who joins after 30th June, every year they plan their recruitment after 30th June they will give false statement that employee will get increment for both years along with arrear this is not true be careful don't trust this statement this is my personal experience

I got a lot of exposure and interaction towards clients

There salary is very low compared to market standards. We can't get a promotion unless we complete 3 years in this company. There are very less perks.
