Enjoying to work on this company but it's been 2 year I am working here and my salary is still the same as before. Nothing is increasing and there are no promotions in this company

Salary structure is very poor. Off-role workers are not setisfied with there salaries . And working hour is 9 to 5 . But daily we are working till 7 pm . And still there are no extra pay for hours

...ained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand. Moreover PF contribution of employer is also deducted from the salary of employees. The salary appraisal is just 6% that to of you are going great in work.

Totally worst company Not Recommended to join, No hike 1 or 2 percentage,No job security for some times even you need to work on weekends, Hr Azar is bloody nonsense recruiter Total overall rating is 1 out of 5 stars.

I have been working in this company for the 4 and half year, the company all employees is a helping hand. I like this company the most in all the places I have worked.

...nization's mindset is same. They don't want employees for a long period of time. All they care is to run the organization with how much less budget reserving the salary's for freshers .

...'t care about employees, like even after knowing their pay scale is too bad. 3. The salary and other benefits rate is pretty drastic. Like even if you win the best performer of the best employee from the manager level the organization doesn't care, they just treat you as some goat working 24*7. 4. There wont be any promotions, I have seen high skilled employees who are old or experienced enough still struggling for the minimum level positions. My suggestion is if someone going to join in KFintech they have to join at a comfortable position right at the beginning. The appraisal percentages are shameful. They provide 3% or 5% per year and that too for every employee, they do not provide healthy atmosphere for the deserved ones. 5. Work is very boring. We have to do daily same tasks and the IT team of this organization is very bad. They make situations very stressful.
