Here u need to be close to with Area coach or Ops manager then will u survive. Small mistake happened they will start taunt you. Hire the staff no foods allowed to eat & if they miss the regurlisation they will not get the salary work,load like hell. There is no time for food & for toilet also. Audit audit & audit.

Not good only audits no work balance HR won't take responsibility of man power we have to work like hell for line staff

Not at all good no growth and no promotion they will ask our salary to spend on ratings

Salary distribution is very good. They give salary on 1st of every month.

Lot of politics. Salary is not up to the mark. No incentives. When you will get hired you will be told to do so something and when you will join them you will be told to do something else. They say that it is 9 hrs of shift but ultimately you have to work for 11 - 12 hrs. No work life balance. No job security

Salary and benifits are good. You get additional BSC after every 3 month.

Training is very poor.Nobady really cares about training.work pressure is to high. You have extende your shift extra 2-4 hu ours on daily basis

Frankly I can say that the team was working hard but the salary are less compare to other companies and the night shifts are till 1:00am and so many team members are getting health issues and no proper sleep in future they may cause dangerous.
