Work life balance is terrible, they treat you as slave from 8:15AM to night 11:30 P.M Sat and sunday are officially off but you have to work on weekend also and no over time

Keyence is basically a company which gives you freedom to explore the industry and to compete with the competitors in the market. Workaholic environment but very much cooperative and understanding.
