I have not receive experience letters asking many times they are ignore to experience letters hr are not give proper response I put bad reviews on portal

Company need so many changes no security of job , and supervisor are wrost path in organization if we ask for benefits and compensation ZTP will come's into the picture supervisor will pluck agent's if they ask Right's even Hr support to supervisor no value for executive in the organisation

My hr was awesome . Bikas sir., puja mam. Others also.. But one tl was worst person.

...mbai location tl) was not so good. And some of employees are licking their foot. Without informed me they open my dristi portal(employees personal details and salary, week off etc) and used some leave. My tl called one employee and told her to call me and recored all thing and send to her. Lol

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
