Teammates are supportive. Rest all thing are just ok.

Dislikes

They deduct 5% amount from salary for 2 years and then after they return it. Politics is more and they do according to their choice and culture is also not that much good. Better to work somewhere else.

Supportive colleagues and few Seniors (because There are very Few have required Knowledge) If you can ignore and learn then this may become a step to switch over. You can demand for good rise.

There are lot of things but mainly are, Policy(The Big Missile) That can change it by Management at any time (even manager don't know who is in Management), Due to this may happen that looking good to join but after that you may realize later so there are only options to change. (Even working days can be change witout sufficient benefits in policy!!!) If you are joining then first ask whatever in on hand CTC not go for Total CTC (if you go for on hand that saves you from lot of from unnecessary deduction that they kept until you leave)

Not a single thing, except some extraordinary colleagues, who are not there at the moment.

I have never experienced such a terrible work environment. No one at higher authority cares about ground-level employees. Management always lies to employees. First of all, HR policies are not disclosed before joining; not even they tell you in an interview; if you ask, they will answer incompletely or unclearly. Site allowances are worse than those of any other company. There is no health insurance for employees, which you can utilise if ANY accident happens to an employee on/off site. There is no alternate for the 3-month notice period. You have to complete it, or you have to let go of your work certificate. And that is what they will tell you on the last day of your employment (in the evening). Second is work culture. In the automation department, you are told that you can work independently, but after joining, you are always spying. They provide you with a laptop with lots of illogical policies applied to it. And with that laptop, you are not able to install and test any automation-related tasks; every time, you have to spend a lot of time summarising and explaining to IT as well as HOD whether the problem is from the configuration side or due to policies. They do not even allow you to provide the best services or solutions to clients. (They are also not aware of those solutions.) HOD always tends towards micromanagement. HOD always takes most of the credit for projects in front of management. He always brainwashes the new employees. He even does not care about new-fresher candidates. All are exploited. Consequently, engineers leave the company in a short period of time, and if anyone has worked there for more than 1 or 1.5 years, then he/she must have suffered from its toxic environment. In short, all the HODs have their own EGO issues; no matter who is working with them, they always do what they want at any cost; otherwise, they will interrupt you in the coming days until your task is messed up. Some employees were threatened with losing their certificates. Most of the employees completed their 3-month notice period onsite; it does not matter what they are working on; they will be shifted to onsite projects that are outside of Ahmedabad once their notice period starts. Many employees did not get any kind of support while working there, while some employees also got affected after leaving by not getting proper relief. And managers are ordered to do PLC programming and HMI designing on/off-site there. They are also publishing the fake reputation of their work culture outside the company. They always ask the new employee to make program/report/design as per their old company's standard, which they will compare with their existing method later on, and eventually that will never happen. They never give their method/standard to their existing employees; they always tend to get and copy programmes/methods from other companies. They tell you that you will be given existing/past project data for running projects for reference purposes, but it never happens. All in all, if any personnel from management work for any organisation, they will do the same in that organisation.
