Very bad working environment, teammates are not supportive, no scope of salary hike,full pressure on employees for work, total harassment by managers, should anytime ask to work on weekends, no job security and can ask anytime to resign when their requirment is fullfilled. They do not accept any leaves needed by employees rather cut salary upon their casual leaves too. HR are very irresponsible, never take calls to hear any problem faced by an employee . A fresher hired for any role needs to sign a bond of 1 lakh rupees for the time period which company decides. Terms and conditions, policies can be altered anytime when the matter is not in favour of the company. In fact working with company only resulted in depleting my physical and mental health. I suffered panic attacks while working with the company also. In a nutshell I will never ever recommend this company to anyone until jobs are not finished in this world.

Dislikes

Employees are rude, no compensation is given to employees for working outside the working hours. Managers are biased with those who have been working with them for 5 years or more. Freshers shouldn't consider joining this company if they have some other options !

...workplace with good culture, lots of celebration and good with project rotation.Salary remains on time and proper communications circulate in case of any delays. In terms of leaves allocations and medical care, they are available round the clock.

What i dislike the most about Kellton is that they are very strict about their policies. In terms of understanding the employee situation, they prefer policies over the top. In my probation period their policies says you cannot take marriage leaves of 3 days...i was about to complete my probation in a week but they didn't consider any soft bends. Another example is when their policy states that you have to report to office when you are on bench, it means you have to stick to it.its so hard to seek approval from them for WFH even when you have a 7 month old kid at home. They should consider exceptions also to maintain mental peace and harmony among the organisation.

Always Say "Yes" to the senior management, whether that is correct or wrong. So, you can survive in this company.

Dislikes

1) Any time they will fire you from the company, without any notice period. 2) Salary not in time, sometimes it will delay more than 10 days. 3) If you want to survive in this company, always says yes to your senior management, whether that is correct or not. 4) No work life balance, we have to work even Saturday and Sunday also. 5) We have to work more than 12 hour on regular basis, and some manager expect, we will work 24 hours.

...o clients 3. No proper resourcing for alloted projects leading to Escalations 4. They dont either pay FnF or make u wait for an year and dont respond to any communications. 5. HR department is so rude and unprofessional that its hard to have a discussion with them.
