...workplace with good culture, lots of celebration and good with project rotation.Salary remains on time and proper communications circulate in case of any delays. In terms of leaves allocations and medical care, they are available round the clock.

Dislikes

What i dislike the most about Kellton is that they are very strict about their policies. In terms of understanding the employee situation, they prefer policies over the top. In my probation period their policies says you cannot take marriage leaves of 3 days...i was about to complete my probation in a week but they didn't consider any soft bends. Another example is when their policy states that you have to report to office when you are on bench, it means you have to stick to it.its so hard to seek approval from them for WFH even when you have a 7 month old kid at home. They should consider exceptions also to maintain mental peace and harmony among the organisation.

Always Say "Yes" to the senior management, whether that is correct or wrong. So, you can survive in this company.

Dislikes

1) Any time they will fire you from the company, without any notice period. 2) Salary not in time, sometimes it will delay more than 10 days. 3) If you want to survive in this company, always says yes to your senior management, whether that is correct or not. 4) No work life balance, we have to work even Saturday and Sunday also. 5) We have to work more than 12 hour on regular basis, and some manager expect, we will work 24 hours.

Nothing except for free lunch in office.

Dislikes

...o clients 3. No proper resourcing for alloted projects leading to Escalations 4. They dont either pay FnF or make u wait for an year and dont respond to any communications. 5. HR department is so rude and unprofessional that its hard to have a discussion with them.

nothing that you'll like. only flexible working they provide according to manager moods.

Dislikes

...offs and sudden termination. They unable to focus fully on their responsibility.Company always facing finicial difficulities and this is also impact on your salary credit. There is no opportunity of promotation. The company doesn't invest in the professional development of it's employee. Job roles and responsibility is static. Unclear growth stretgy.
