With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. They don’t even follow their own policy acknowledgment Not providing any appraisal or promotion letter if got from their client They can change policy anytime and discriminate you as per their relationship totally hypocrite
