Only salary get on time.

Here lot of over pressure. Higher authority do not focus on hiring the candidates for doing the project , only focus get projects. T&D Engineering dept has no sufficient team members and KEC participate in each and every tender which creates pressure on engineers. Here do not follow the process. Most of the team members from engineering left the organization due to pressure, promotion. Only have 4- 5 engineer instead of 30. But KEC has lots of substation project. Here have CPMG team whose creates pressure unnecessary on engineering team but no body from engineering team can not give the counter answer due to internal issues.

Only salary is getting on time but I observed with in 4 months of my service every employee manager level doing side business in comapny including accounts department but top management is seeing only profit margin Not involving other adutit requirements on site basis No value for genuine personal at kec @ especially gudur to Bitrgunta railway project. I left the company recently as a manager cader M2 Comapny is giving super B benefits to employees but not control form HQ.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issue, And sub contractor payment delay for that sake work will be delayed.

i like the work life balance in kec, the most. Here, i didn't feel much work pressure. Life is chill.

I came here through campus placement & they have kept retention bonus for us which was included in whole CTC, which is bad because they are giving increment on the basis of basic pay.

Culture - No development and growth Age old leadership mindset of Business Heads and toxic in few BUs Long timers in middle management unwilling to change with fixed mindset and toxic in few BUs Indifference to overseas operations and employees Disconnected HR leaders driving their own agenda from ivory towers Way too much politics Worship individual in powers and anything is possible Too much centralization reducing speed of decision making and disempowering Frontline leadership across levels Leadership operates on perceptions and hearsay alone Values NEW HIRES from campuses disproportionately irrespective their caliber and looses them regularly despite as against experienced professionals
