KEC is a good organization. It's employee friendly and promote diversity. Have seen people rising up after getting internal opportunity. Work life balance may be more on corporate offices than at site. But management is encouraging. They are improvising various HR practices gradually towards betterment. Happy to be here.

... cash for smooth inflow in the project. This brings pressure from top to bottom. Less basic salary and high retention. Rest is all good.

Kec international (Rpg cables) is best in all cable manufacturing company in india ,my 1st job was in kec now having another 3 companies experiences,where I seen that life is hell in apar and an so . But kec systems ,manager, work life balance is outstanding.

Only salary is little bit less as per Indian inflation,but during appraisal management care this by giving market cap.

Salary is on time. Full Salary on time was provided during Covid months and increment done during those days. Very much appreciable.

Dislikes

HR has no role or power. Work culture is poor. Most of the staffs are non qualified or don't have the skill to fit in a particular role. Corruption is very much.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.
