There is no proper salary structure for employee's. On Diwali they give bonus ₹500 only HR & Accountant both are fool & Teli On Diwali Guard/sweeper distribute sweets on behalf of boss/director. Real boss/Management Guard and sweeper. No management presence in Diwali celebration. Lots of discrimination between employee's.

...too. After I finish my interview I saw my phone was broken and screen was out. Kindly tell me Kaulmed who will pay for this. And inside the company I saw engineers are use Nokia Small phones which is useless. In 20th century LOL...Ha..Haa.Haaa Some people have access of their smartphones but lots of others engineer don't have.

...anagement personnel (male) use abusive language in the front of female staff. 2. If you get even a single minute, salary will be deducted surly. Whatever may be your exit time/over time. 3. AC installed only for show off.. No fans in the company premises you have to work in the high temperature environment. 4. Overburden rules without any reason for employees. 5. Every time you will received salary late but management promise something different. 6. Expectations of learning is new things is very rare. Employees has no value...There is not fix job responsibility. It may be changed time accordingly. 7. Poor policy in which management fire employees anytime without notice period. So no job security in the company. 8. No employees benefits will be provided by the company.

The company tell lie that it is Germany MNC and we join. After joining I find it is bad than local company. It do not have Drinking water. We not allowed to make friends in the company and only work and go home.

...C. The company make you work more than 10 hour duty every day and No OVERTIME. Give salary after 15th of the next month. Management will fire you without any notice. Company also make deduct money from your salary for any delay in work you do. One minute late and salary deduct.
