There is no proper salary structure for employee's. On Diwali they give bonus ₹500 only HR & Accountant both are fool & Teli On Diwali Guard/sweeper distribute sweets on behalf of boss/director. Real boss/Management Guard and sweeper. No management presence in Diwali celebration. Lots of discrimination between employee's.

They can use their smartphone, but production floors engineers are not allowed to use it. No personal life here for some departments No Personal Phones allowed here, I was worked for approximately 2 years, There are no policies. There are 2 companies in Kundli 1 is Auxein Medical 2 is Kaulmed In Auxein Phones are allowed for staff members but in kaulmed no phones allowed. Some people have access of personal phones. He carrying his phones and visited anywhere in company. There is lots of discrimination on the basis of department. No ESI No EPF No Mediclaim No Job Security No Work Culture No Policies for employees No Fixed Position Of Your Work No Fixed Time of Duty Off But On Time Fixed No Fixed Timing of Salary Always Credit After 18, 19, 20, 21 of Every Month Always feels unsafe and unsecure about job and always pressurized by management.
