- More into freelancing company (Contracting work) - Least interested in following SOP/Protocols - Management is too weak - Resources are too very much over utilized - No skill upgradation opportunities

I Appreciated the exposure to various projects and mentorship from the senior collogues, which aided my professional and personal growth, collaboration with diverse teams such as HR and IT , was a fulfilling aspect of my job. The work life balance was commendable, and it was definitely a great place to work. I highly recommend Kasteck Software solutions to anyone looking to advance in their carrier.
