Good salary as per industry No extra work beyond working hrs

Dislikes

It all depends on the team and manager. But favouritism and the Indian office is full of tamilians so the feel of outsider is always given. Too much politics and gossip mongers and buttering. HR is waste. No flexibility.

+ Until the last SVP of BLR center, it was a sales learning institute. The Indian management held no power whatsoever to improve or refine the sales process but at least there was sales learning. + The company is extremely focused on sales. If you visit Reddit, you can dive into an ocean of information that speaks about all the acquisitions of Kaseya and how those acquired products never improved. Nevertheless, for what it's worth, as per the Indian standards of earning, you will make some money. The Band-aid. + The sales team is always on their toes. So, it's an amazing place to hustle. The CEO brags about the Hire & Fire culture to be an effective way of ensuring sales remain all-time high. I guess, that as a sales professional will help you bring out your best because otherwise you know you will not have to bring yourself to work. + There are materials to learn from w.r.t products and competitive analysis which does very little when your product isn't developing anymore but hey! it's there. + There's free food and cabs. I particularly wasn't a fan of but our HR director was kind enough to remind us that "at least you are getting free food".

...lace. - It's a haunted place for project managers. These guys work for pennies. The margin of pay inequality is abysmal. There's no overtime pay for the overtime. They constantly deal with ill-mannered account managers from the west (the superiors), work more than the standard shift, and are paid peanuts. We are talking about fresh-graduated MBAs on 3-4 LPA. - No career growth. However, there's an idea of career growth with manipulative processes put in place. - It gets weirder in sales. The sales department competes with each other internally. A prospect is reached out to, by 4-6 different salespeople from different verticals for the same sale. These are commission-hungry vultures with a total and complete disregard for the prospect's need, just trying to get the sale with discounts and free months. After all, it's a floor where the "Leaders" terms the prospect with F words. So, you see the motivation is high. - That brings me to my biggest concern with the company - it's customers. In their most recent Connect event, they spoke A LOT about being customer-centric and I hope to God, they weren't lying about the new announcements but a company obsessing over sales and not the product does not care about the customer. Also, if the AM of the customer changes every 6 months as a part of the quarterly office cleansing activity, I don't think it's a healthy customer experience.

Kaseya once was a sales university but not anymore. Not employee friendly anymore. There might not be Kaseya india centre if they continue to operate the same way as the sales continue to drop. Expect the worse and think thrice before joining.

Managers and Directors are merely a puppets dancing for what comes from the US boss. They don’t think independently. They don’t mind pulling someone down or firing someone for their own benefit.
