If u want to learn work from karvy u can learn so many things, the teammates are so supportive, but there is no company now, the company was down, due to some cheats in stock broking process...

They didn't give salary for 13 months, but i worked on their from them some reasons, i have waited for salary, there is a bond of 2years, but when the company collapse, they removed whole team. And still not given any salary..

No salary on time company deducted my 1 year PF but not added even working as agent earlier got promoted as Quality analyst in worked around 3 years company got closed and I still not got my experience letter and nobody cooperated even HR told you will not get there is no source of contact i faced lots of trouble to get job after 2020

The only thing I like about working there is the process which I am supporting Flipkart..

Low salary, work pressure, no much leaves, no promotion, no benefits, no job security and the main thing which I dislike is payroll system as they do not provide salaries on time.

Good customer service training, frequent IJP'S, noon food provided, incentives and gifts for good performance.voice, semi-voice and non voice process available, no target.

Dislikes

Salary may delay, upraisal not proper, high pressure in seasons.
