No salary on time company deducted my 1 year PF but not added even working as agent earlier got promoted as Quality analyst in worked around 3 years company got closed and I still not got my experience letter and nobody cooperated even HR told you will not get there is no source of contact i faced lots of trouble to get job after 2020

Good customer service training, frequent IJP'S, noon food provided, incentives and gifts for good performance.voice, semi-voice and non voice process available, no target.

Dislikes

Salary may delay, upraisal not proper, high pressure in seasons.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No pressure at work in the initial days when i joined karvy in Tata capital process for lead generation. That’s all i liked bout it.

Dislikes

I worked 6 months with karvy in Tata capital process. I just once got my salary on the commitment date which was 1 of every month then I never get my salary on time it went to 5 , 7,8 ,4 and they never informed us that they are going to change salary date. Okay no problem we accepted after everything they told us to do work in two process in the same package 15 days you will work for another process and when you will get data for your process you will do work for your process when we asked, for how long? they said it will run in the same way whenever we want. Many more to say but don’t want to say everything right now just I would never ever suggest to anyone this company if you are educated and talented this company is not for you.
