...ompany - 1) No HR power- HR doesn't know anything that happening in the company. You cannot approach them regarding salary, holidays, company benefits. Everything the manager handles. 2) Work Hours - All public holidays and sundays you are expected to work because the company is just bad at handling the project timelines. 3) Management - The worst management out there. In a cold war, constantly attacking each others team. 4) Collaboration - For a company that expands its services to complex soltuions like Video production, VR and XR, the company doesnt believe in collaboration among teams. 5) Work life balance is non existent with a suffocating work cultutre. There is just list of things that I could put out here, but I am long forgotten this company. Only a good place for freshers to learn new things and explore what a real corporate job looks like. This company has so much potential, but with the management I dont think it will end up anyplace good.

...ing late night Whatever it may be 3AM or more just work and finish the task . Everything is noted for salary hike. Overall if you want to learn just join this jail. If you are a experienced professional then just leave and dont switch to this company.
