...ompany - 1) No HR power- HR doesn't know anything that happening in the company. You cannot approach them regarding salary, holidays, company benefits. Everything the manager handles. 2) Work Hours - All public holidays and sundays you are expected to work because the company is just bad at handling the project timelines. 3) Management - The worst management out there. In a cold war, constantly attacking each others team. 4) Collaboration - For a company that expands its services to complex soltuions like Video production, VR and XR, the company doesnt believe in collaboration among teams. 5) Work life balance is non existent with a suffocating work cultutre. There is just list of things that I could put out here, but I am long forgotten this company. Only a good place for freshers to learn new things and explore what a real corporate job looks like. This company has so much potential, but with the management I dont think it will end up anyplace good.

Very poor work culture. Management considers employees as labourers . 6 days a week working , still they ask you to work even on sundays to meet deadlines that exists every month. Project Manager Manipulates a lot, TL has no Idea about wts gng on, very clueless. Calendar holidays are usually cancelled. Too much work pressure. Big time micro management. Working in office is suffocating. CEO just wants his pockets filled. The 2 Project managers dictate the company. Its do it their way or go away. The ID Project manager acts weird. Better to decline their offer.

...u'll have the opportunity to work on some high-profile projects from the get-go. Compensation is fair for the city we work in. We have good work-life balance with all government holidays. And in case we work extra hours, we get comp offs. The managers and our boss are kind enough to help us in any situation, which gives us the confidence to take on a project without any fear.

Dislikes

Only yearly performance appraisals/feedback, having quarterly/half-yearly appraisals can boost employee morale.

No, strict timings. Okay as long as work gets done.

Dislikes

On the flip side, too much work at times. Salary is below average. Good for bootlickers. Management doesn't know to say NO to the client, employees suffer because of this.
