This company adopts working culture similar to government bodies which makes employee free and comfortable in working. It readily adopts new technologies as it is in growing phase. Being a part of this organization I enjoyed my teammates support through my tenure.

Compensation is decent,but growth slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers don't value an individuals' unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Appreciations is nowhere experienced.

Kapston facilities pvt ltd is security company last 3ry back they launch facilities they have good clients like Gvkmall,star maa tv , tv9 Dell, Workingin kapston facilities pvt ltd is good but no increment no growth i want to change from management

...work daily10hrs No growth ,no increment since 3yrs no support from management The management treat the employees badly they dont response the clients they do not visites sites they do not pay saliers at the time

Getting good experience handling corporate and Wearhouse. Good office Environment.Payment ontime for both guards and me.

Some unit salaries are very low compared to others as per that locality average salary for both 12hrs and 8 hrs.This can be rectified by getting information from the field officer from the ground level before confirming the Final quotation.

Many, 1 - They Don't Have Proper Client In Chennai 2 - They Don't Have Recruitment Team 3 - Only Having Managers 4 - Suddenly You will be fired 5 - Salary will be Hold Many Things
