I only learnt myself everything no training provided just my senior helped after overtime working

I have learnt everything myself no training provided there is no coperate strategy or work life. They change rules, policies when every they want don't follow any rules they only concerate on partiality people they don't respect people work they don't encourage any new ideas. The ask u to work overtime like 12noon don't support them also
