The firm is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. There are no politics in the company. work environment is so good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is normal. The work pressure is sometimes high. Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client called in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients.

Have started working with KPC from April 18. They have big clients and that is gitme good work experience. And very considerate owners. So one can balance professional and personal life easily.
