Very poor HR supports. 6. Managers are not supportive and appreciating for your work. 7. Saturday Sunday off day you need to work also.

... no one is going to appreciate and it will be considered as the bare minimum. 4. Compensation and benefits: there are no benefits and everyone is extremely undercompensated. we work on 4 or 5 projects simultaneously all the time and we are paid peanuts. 5. Career development: there are no programs within the organization for development. The company is all together not a employee centric company. Just focused towards generating money and pumping into senior management's pockets.
