... no one is going to appreciate and it will be considered as the bare minimum. 4. Compensation and benefits: there are no benefits and everyone is extremely undercompensated. we work on 4 or 5 projects simultaneously all the time and we are paid peanuts. 5. Career development: there are no programs within the organization for development. The company is all together not a employee centric company. Just focused towards generating money and pumping into senior management's pockets.

The research solutions are very valuable and revered in the industry. Quite a lot to learn given a good environment.

Dislikes

Management is poor, they don't pay attention to the employees, no focus on training or coaching. Work culture is one of the worst. It's a norm to work on weekends or odd hours even if it's not required. It's kind of expected and encouraged. Bonus / incentives are not at all transparent and sometimes arbitrary.

There are different teams and you think one team is better than the other because few can hide their toxicity better than others, but eventually everything is just the same. what I like is that among so many sharks, if you are naïve and don't understand politics you will learn the tricks from the best.

...iri, and not when you are a true professional and follow professional ethics. No work life balance, no good compensation. Everyone seems sad and depressed. The seniors are watching you at all times, they are constantly looking at you and watching your move. some seniors are waiting for you to make a mistake and making this a big issue to make you the escape goat for all of their faults and shortcomings. Please don't join even if you think the money is good, it is not because you end up paying hospital and therapy bills.
