Too much work load after COVID. Work life balance is very low. Salary is decent but we have paid less based on the works and time we are giving to the organisation. May by this is for the based on the management.

Likes

1) Salary credited on time. 2) Job security is there unless and until you perform very poorly. 3) Company and HR policies are good.

Dislikes

1) Very poor work life balance. Most of the time people extend beyond working hours. 2)Sometimes need to work on weekends also. 3)Promotions are very slow. 4) Huge work pressure

...tar Operation, Work culture very good alwys organised Training Secion,Seminar ,.Always our management very fine =Cooperation to us ,Salary received to the proper time, , Company Policies very fine = Covide 19 Lockdown Period =We are working from home,get salary to the time, So this Organization very very trustworthy to me, hope if again I get job same designation same type my life will be successfull .

Working environment is good and team members are supportive, decent pay at start

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, they are accepting you to work 24*7, no overtime pay no perks. Tools used by companies will not add any value to your experience as whole industries not use this tools.

The only thing like about working is few goodies we use get during new year and Diwali.

Dislikes

Worst place to work, no work life and personal life balance, no growth, no salary hike even though I was in the organisation for 3 years. That screwed up my overall CTC even after I changed company.
