Complex environment and market challenges provide learning. High degree of IT enablement on various areas do provide a lot of learning on systems driven processes. Innovative and extremely cost focussed honing that aspect well.

...gement good at passing blame without any real help or mentoring on expectations. Poor compensation wrt to market . There appears to be some change for the better now but have not experienced it

Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
