...HER CITY. COMPANY NOT WORK INCREASE WORK BUT DECREASE WORK AND MANY PLANT CLOSE. COMPANY NOT WORK PROMOTION AND INCREASE SALARY. COMPANY WANT PERMANENT WORKER OUT. COMPANY NOT PAY SALARY TIME.

Good working culture, job security, company policies are good , a lot of learning opportunities for all.

Salary is decent but growth is slow, less increments , otherwise all ok to work with this organization

Salary on time. H R behavior good.

Not doing any increment of staff . No any facility for employees like bus service. Dress not given last 2 years. Daily new arguments with worker union. Canteen food not good. At present management is not good. Increment done only upper grade. Not given any increment of staff. Very bad management this time.

Company is downgrading day by day due to immature promoters and top magt. No sudden pay cuts by top mgt. Selective increment . No single policy . Dominance of union. Drastic salary cut without notice on middle and junior management . Engineer is treated like contractual. No training to them. You cant give your ideas in meeting , senior mgt might feel unhappy. One directional meeting , they will tell what they want , will not listen problems of junior. Main problem is that top mgt has no mission and vision. Just want to spend time making good money .

Salary is low those who are working for long. In 3 yrs one time increment is done , so it the motivation of manpower. Demotivated manpower. Sudden salary cuts in form of variable salary. Fire people for the mistake of labor union . Mgt afraid of union . Issues keep on lingering on . Top mgt busy in mobiles internet . No output of top mgt . No training to middle mgt. Authoritative nature of CEO . Favouritism at extreme . Wants improvement with zero cost . Mgt Is driven by union. Union is illetrate . HR is highly dumb. If anybody get selected ,just visit plant shop floor . It will be eye opener for you. Within 1-2 minute , you will see actual condition of company. Company is sinking day by day as per Top mgt wording in every meetings. This is true.
