...ent is transparent. There is a huge is cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Toxic culture, Low man power, Only hard work. Plant is not proper ventilation, Solvent fumes damage to health.

Man power not provided, Overtime without pay, Plant have not proper ventilation. Increment is poor.

There is no carrier growth .In CTC cutting is very high.less salary .only growth and salary not good other think is good.

...hing to gain as an engineer. You need to beg for F&F after leaving organisation. Also you need to pay full notice period amount to relieve officially.
