Likes

Good Training and better work culture than other Owner based Indian Companies.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance Useless additional pressure on Sales people Different rules for different department. Sales people have additional pressure and other depts work like govt organisation No systematic Increment. Sales head is sinking the boat which MD is not aware

MD great person,Training is the best part. Employees are trained after hiring of any Designation. Very qualified people at top.

Dislikes

Company is losing its grip in India. Earlier it was a big name of its own genre. But due to emergence of local players and new companies, company don't have any strategy to beat competition except pressurizing sales people. Different dept people treated differently. Product quality deteriorated over the time and on time service and spares availability is very poor. Company needs to work on competitive pricing and Fast track after sales & Service.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
