Unfortunately, there are not many good things to share, although I got this job easily when I had no offer. But now I think, I could have waited for some time and tried for other opportunity. I have spent almost one and half years, but I have not learned many skills, what I got is a delayed salary.

... peoples. Despite listening to the employees, he always listens to his managers. He doesn't pay any attention to any issues, moreover he is unhelpful, even if you approach him, he will disrespect and demoralize you and making you feel useless, it seems that he can fire you're from the organization anytime. In my 7 years of career, I have never encountered such an idiot. B. Farzana: She is the manager in detention dept., She was initially hired as an executive when the organization formed (Probably in 2022), right after her graduation. Unfortunately, she has lack of communication and managerial skills, yet she still holds that position (Seems like favoritism is at play). Despite working with tam, she considers herself superior, expect everyone to show her respect. If you ignore her, be prepared to face her personal grudges, nobody will listen then. 2. HR Department itself doesn't seem to understand its own policies; they change them arbitrarily. It seems they exist to print warning letters and intimidate employees, instead of short the employee's issues. Late payment of salaries and irresponsible behavior in any work-related matter are common problems, etc. 3. On Promises Food: Many employees have been experiencing food poisoning and stomach issues consistently. Leftover food, food hygiene, taste, and whether it is served hot or not really don't matter to the management; they are just feeding employees to create a positive image on paper. There is still a lot left to write, but due to words limit I am not able to write here.

Changes in company policies frequently occur in the middle of the year and are applied without prior notice. The worst thing is appraisals are done without analyzing the employee's work.

The best part of the Kal Group is that you don't have to carry the work pressure outside the office, getting two weeks off give you ease to relax to take out some times for your loved ones and the most important and best part is the work culture and the overall staff support.

They don't have a proper appraisal cycle and even being appraised it won't reflect in your salary as it is being adjusted in the salary such way.

Worst company I've ever seen Work environment is very dangerous for health

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but there is no career growth Managar Dalbeer used abusive language all the time with employees. He always demotivate all the employees I will never advice anybody to go there. They will not give WFH even when they know somebody in the office is suffering from COVID-19. Manager said corona is nothing. You are not going dead just come in office

Free meal facility but i advice avoid they are serving poor quality in comparison to dhaba or outside food

Dislikes

No work balance between your personal and professional life because they don't even have policies for working hours everyone following own time, HR related works no policies till now because they are in still process, even holiday working because if they call you you have to go you don't have choice, month end closing no specific dates it's continuous process, synchronisation between management and HR big issue that's why employee suffers for their rights, whole organisation is wholly controlled by US team if they said anything that would be final whether it is wrong or right but at end if it was wrong then question upon you why it's is not corrected at that time, Indian manger not valued over US employees whatever their level this is the small part of slave life of Kalgroup
