As a fresher I received so much guidance and cooperation from my colleagues. You get to learn different techniques and responsibilities.

Dislikes

Company is run by director and family. There is no HR, so you have to take all you requirements, requests and complaints to director directly which you hesitate to do. You have to request the director for appraisal repeatedly and even after that it'll be incremented by 1-2k.

the employees are too supportive , and good thing is that no any employee are stay here more than 2 years .

Dislikes

There is always have fund issue and every time salaries of employees are too late , expected 25 days for half of salary, yes they are giving salary in part.
