Horrible pay, fake appraisals are conducted & when you are eagerly waiting for your hike letter they say, "sorry, we can't provide you an increment this year because of bad economy, Microsoft is laying off, at least we're letting you stay". No growth here & no compensation for your hard work. Regardless of whether you are in a project or not, you won't be paid well. They keep giving employees false hopes. Lots of money is spent by the company on parties & events. Company is more into marketing than actual work. Poor management by the company. Testers are constantly overhired & fired. They don't know what they're doing & what they need. Many are slowly leaving or planning to leave the company. Wouldn't recommend kairos technologies to anyone unless they have been unemployed for a long time & to those who feel something is better than nothing.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Management: Starting with the million dollar smile HR, He is an amazing person. Not sure how he manages to make sure each of us are being noticed, acknowledged, appreciated. Best HR i have ever worked considering my experience with other companies. He is fun loving and full of energy. Talking about our head, he is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building too. I was hesitant and scared when i joined as i found him bit strict as a manager but now i find him more as a friend. seniors here there to guide you at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about my office life with my friends & family too. Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have made such beautiful relationships here. Thank you for everything. Ex:- Once I had a little accident. A small injured happens to my leg. I was amazed a bit because Our company HR & My lead noticed that thing and They asked about well being & they cared like a friends. At that point of time I felt very jubilant to have people like them.

Dislikes

I couldn't find any negatives in this company. As same like my mentality. I will never bother about what negatives that surrounded by me. I will just make positive from each situation. So, Basically I don't consider negatives in any organization as they have their own problems to manage a bunch of people. Let companies grow they we will aromatically grow.
