...raisal after 2 years of appraisal cycle they just gave me 1.2 lakh of increment. 3 worst seperation policy, normally most of the organisation clears FNF within 30 days but they block you 2 months salary for 3 months after your leaving. E.g. if LWD is 14 Dec & if you worked for Nov month then you will get Nov &Dec month salary after 90 days which will be in April 2025. 4 Completely employee's blood sucker organisation and so not have work life balance i.e in negative. 5 I have experienced my resources cried in front of me because of negative work life balance. That day I decided to leave this organisation because I can't exploit my resources. 6 For these people customer is only important. Employees are not important for them. So think twice before joining them. 7 Worst HR people most of them are kids don't know the policies well only plays role of a repeative parrot. Talking with these people like killing of your precious time. 8 Most important for any employee is what their salary which never comes on time. 9 Zero job security and they don't have much projects. 10 They are like leech if you join them they will suck your blood until you die.

...s etc . The CSM won’t provide unbillable cost centre if their margin goes down . Very toxic we need to beg at last minute to get cost centre and get salary Many experienced person are leaving due to this

Nothing is good in this company except onsite opportunities for juniors. I'm giving one star because there's no option to something less than one.

...TC and 10% is variable on that increment - A big red flag for work life balance. Sick environment where you can't even think of weekends or leaves - Onsite opportunities are randomly given without considering employee's efforts - Best politics is ever played here in Kaar - Worst infrastructure where the Interns will not even get access to MS office, no wifi given to them, no chairs and what not - The CEO and management is only focussed in increasing profits and never bother to deliver quality project - Kaar tech least bother about employee satisfaction One word, worst company -Think thousand times before joining this company because they pay high in the beginning but you will regret after joining

Work-Life Imbalance: Forget about any semblance of a life outside work. expect to be exploited constantly for overtime without any extra pay or time off. Employee Well-being Ignored: This plays doesnt give a damn about your personal, mental or physical health Toxic Environment: The culture is utterly toxic. Managers promote a blame game atmosphere and constantly belittle employees. Incompetent Management: Managers are inept, clueless about their roles and disappear during work hours, dumping all responsibilities on their team. No Safety Measures: There's zero concern for employee safety making it hazardous place to work. No Career Growth: Dont expect any career development or growth opportunities. this place will suck you ambition dry. Unprofessionalism: Professionalism is non-existent. Managers are often seen flirting and crossing personal boundaries with co-workers. Lack of Support: You will receive no support from management. you're on your own in this nightmare Exploitation: Prepare to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and overnight, with no compensation whatsoever. Personal Space Invasion: Personal space is not respected. Managers will constantly encroach on your privacy. Life Made Miserable: Your life will be made miserable, with constant stress, no passion or compassion, and relentless exploitation. No Passion: The organization is devoid of any passion, and will actively crush any enthusiasm you might have. Managerial Absence: Managers disappear during work hours, leaving you to handle the chaos, yet they still expect you to work beyond your limits. No Ambition: This place steals your ambition and leaves you drained and demotivated. This organization is a complete disaster. if you value your sanity and well-being, run as far away as you can from this nightmare.

No standard salary, hikes and market pay here. There is no fixed pattern for appraisal. Last 2 years, no appraisals and salary hikes were. Since the domain of data engineering is new to the kaar tech, project exposure is less and a single man to handle end to end implementations. Sometimes they ask you to work in devops and cloud, frontend but your designation is data engineer. It will affect the career. They will dump you with lots of certifications you have to complete within the 8 months more than 4 certifications from external like Microsoft azure, aws etc but no use. This company is more suit for experienced one than freshers. They are ready to pay for the experienced one. Some illegal threatening is there like they wont provide you releiving letter and experience letter if you put the resignation letter even though there is no bond and training. Un ethical practices followed by organization. HR also supports this threatening. It is there wish to leave the company, they are ready to serve 90 days notice period but here manager will threaten you if you dont spend 110 days. Kindly HR head should focus this. Head of the department one of the ceo is encouraging the manager to threaten. There concept is paying low for employee and keeping that low paid employee within them if you leave they will start threatening.
