Dislikes

No Smooth release, salary not on time, no weekends , no proper project management nor people management. Tough time for experienced consultants.

Only likeable thing is to leave this organisation.

...raisal after 2 years of appraisal cycle they just gave me 1.2 lakh of increment. 3 worst seperation policy, normally most of the organisation clears FNF within 30 days but they block you 2 months salary for 3 months after your leaving. E.g. if LWD is 14 Dec & if you worked for Nov month then you will get Nov &Dec month salary after 90 days which will be in April 2025. 4 Completely employee's blood sucker organisation and so not have work life balance i.e in negative. 5 I have experienced my resources cried in front of me because of negative work life balance. That day I decided to leave this organisation because I can't exploit my resources. 6 For these people customer is only important. Employees are not important for them. So think twice before joining them. 7 Worst HR people most of them are kids don't know the policies well only plays role of a repeative parrot. Talking with these people like killing of your precious time. 8 Most important for any employee is what their salary which never comes on time. 9 Zero job security and they don't have much projects. 10 They are like leech if you join them they will suck your blood until you die.

...s etc . The CSM won’t provide unbillable cost centre if their margin goes down . Very toxic we need to beg at last minute to get cost centre and get salary Many experienced person are leaving due to this

If consultant is tagged to a project then he can work from home.

... 2. The timesheet submission application is very worst it has it's own issues 3. Everytime you have to be worried on getting salary or not because of this timesheet issues. 4. In most of the meetings the management people are from Tamil Nadu, so they speak in Tamil, you will loose interest and not even understand anything. 5. Lot of internal politics from Project Management team.
