No Smooth release, salary not on time, no weekends , no proper project management nor people management. Tough time for experienced consultants.

Nothing good about this company. Fraud company. Salary not paid to employees. Join this company only if you want to work without getting paid and at your own risk. Company in loss. They cheat people to join saying onsite but truth is they don't pay with few days of onsite. No variable paid. Don't join if you value your career and family. They have to pay minimum 5 Lacs to 15 Lacs for each individual employees. All false promises. They don't care for employees. DO NOT EXPECT FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT. They might even not provide you experience letter and not relieve you as no new employees want to join this company. Many have resigned but they are not relieving them as the company may close.

Do not spoil you career by joining this company. They call saying onsite which is a trap. They don't care for employees. They are facing lot of lawsuits from previous employees for not paying salaries. (avg 8 lacs/employees or more).

Excellent growth opportunities and to enhance and upgrade our skills

No salary processing on time, huge back logs in salary and even if you resign getting relieved from Kaar is a humongous task, no process, all work get done with people to people relationship, no professionalism and no chance of work life balance. Once you nod your head on agreement for any activities or task then its done, you become the complete responsibility and wait to get blamed. No proper management, most of the project and delivery managers are not eligible for the posts, just trying their luck there because of longevity with kaar. Overall its a terrible place to work for experienced people. But for freshers its their dream come true, lot of learning and lot of onsite but with delayed salary for months.

The company has a good and safe environment, learning opportunities are more and recognition is high.

Compensation was not that much good, work pressure is very high, appraisals are mostly eyewash policies.

Payments never happen on time. I've worked for nearly 7 years, got resigned and received my pf and salary settlement 7 months. Now its been more that 1 and half year from my resignation and i still haven't received my Gratuity amount. I've sent close to 50 reminders but still no response on the company. Its really sad to see how they treat their employees.
